Sender domain verification
Add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records so your mail authenticates and lands in the inbox.
From the sidebar, choose Settings, then the Sender Domain tab. Click Add domain and enter the root domain you send from (e.g. acme.com — not mail.acme.com).
Was this step helpful? We generate three records: SPF (TXT), DKIM (CNAME or TXT), and DMARC (TXT). Each row has a one-click Copy button for the host and value.
Was this step helpful?Sign in to your DNS host (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Route 53, etc.) and add each record exactly as shown — no extra quotes, no trailing dots. See the Branded Sending setup guide for screenshots of the common providers.
Was this step helpful?Back in EmailBot, click Verify now. We re-check every few minutes for up to 24 hours. Most providers propagate within 5–15 minutes; some (GoDaddy, slow ISPs) can take a few hours.
Was this step helpful? When all three records pass, the domain shows Verified ✓ and you can mark it as the default sending domain. Future sends from this domain will pass SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks at the receiving server.
