  2. You'll be redirected to Google's consent screen. Sign in with the address you want to send from. If your domain uses Google Workspace, an admin may need to allow the EmailBot app for your organization first.

  3. We request the minimum scopes needed to (1) send mail on your behalf, (2) read inbound replies for thread attribution, and (3) verify the connected address. You can revoke access anytime from your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps.

  4. Back in EmailBot, click Test connection. We send a tiny verification email to yourself. A green ✓ means the mailbox is healthy and ready to use in campaigns.

  5. If consent fails with 'access_denied', your Workspace admin needs to whitelist the EmailBot app. If sends fail with 'invalid_grant', simply re-authorize from Settings → Mailboxes → Reconnect. See the SMTP & Gmail troubleshooting guide for full error codes.
