Send your first cold email (end-to-end)
From a fresh account to a delivered cold email — account, tenant, mailbox, contacts, and send.
Sign up at /auth, then open the verification email and click the confirmation link. You'll be signed in automatically and routed to onboarding.
Was this step helpful?On /tenant-setup, choose a workspace name (this is what teammates and recipients may see). Pick your timezone and default sending language so scheduling and templates render correctly.
Was this step helpful?Go to Settings → Mailboxes → Add mailbox. Pick Gmail (one-click OAuth, captures replies) or SMTP (works with any provider). Run Test connection — a green check means you're ready.
Was this step helpful?Open /contacts → Import CSV (with at least an 'email' column) or click Add contact for a single recipient. Tag them (e.g. 'cold-outreach') so you can target them later.
Was this step helpful?Open the AI Email Generator or /campaigns → New campaign. Pick a tone (friendly, direct, formal), describe your offer in 1-2 sentences, and let the AI draft a subject + body. Edit until it sounds like you.
Was this step helpful?We automatically check for: missing unsubscribe link, spammy phrases, broken merge fields ({{first_name}} etc.), and oversized HTML. Resolve any blockers before sending.
Was this step helpful?Click Send test → enter your own email. Confirm subject, formatting, and that merge fields render. If it lands in Spam, see the SMTP troubleshooting guide.
Was this step helpful?Choose Send now or Schedule. After sending, open the campaign to see live opens, clicks, replies, and bounces. Reply directly from the inbox view to keep the thread in your mailbox.
