Connect your sending mailbox

Set up Gmail OAuth or a custom SMTP mailbox so you can send emails.

  1. Open Settings → Mailboxes

    From the sidebar, go to Settings and choose the Mailboxes tab. Click Add mailbox to start.

  2. Pick Gmail or SMTP

    Gmail: one-click OAuth, captures replies, best for personal sending. SMTP: works with any provider (SendGrid, Mailgun, Outlook, Zoho) — send-only, no reply capture.

  3. Authorize or fill credentials

    For Gmail, sign in with the Google account and approve the requested scopes. For SMTP, enter host, port, username, and password (or use a preset like smtp.gmail.com:587 with STARTTLS).

  4. Run a test send

    Use Test connection or Test & Save. We'll send a tiny verification email. If it lands, the mailbox is healthy and ready for campaigns.

  5. Set as default (optional)

    Mark one mailbox as default so new campaigns and one-off sends use it automatically.
